SUMMARY:iClicker Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Faculty will get a hands on workshop on how to create a new iClicker Cloud account as the instructor. They will get an overview of the new student response system that is deployed in all general academic classrooms starting in the Fall 2017 semester. The workshop will be led by staff from the Learning Technologies department trained by UTSA’s the iClicker expert representative. The co-taught workshop will cover basic set-up & utilization with some advanced engaging strategies.  Laptops will be provided to all participants to follow along and create iClicker Cloud account as the instructor.  Participants are welcomed to bring their own laptop if desired. \nObjectives include: \n\niClicker updates – What’s changed and what’s new?\niClicker Blackboard Integration\niClicker options in class for students – allows remotes\, mobile device apps or both\nBeyond multiple choice – other options for engaging students\niClicker Quizzing and Attendance\n\n\nTo register or view available upcoming training courses: \n\nVisit the UTSA Human Resources Training & Development website by clicking the event registration button below\nClick Search/Enroll/Withdraw from the top navigation bar\nSearch for iClicker Workshop in the search box (course number CT0994)\n\nRegister for this event
