She earned her M.F.A. from The University of Texas at El Paso. Tia serves as the UTSA DM administrator\, trains people new to the system\, liaises with the DM corporate team\, and provides faculty support for DM throughout the year. She is knowledgeable about using DM for preserving and reporting career data\, including faculty vitae and annual reports.
