DESCRIPTION:WHAT?  DM is the faculty database used for reporting to SACSCOC\, UT System\, THECB and other entities. It is also the instrument for faculty processes such as annual reports\, annual evaluations\, faculty credentialing\, and workload reporting. \nWHY? Some data is automatically uploaded to DM. Faculty enter academic achievements\, activities\, and accomplishments in DM so that DM data is current\, complete\, accurate\, and useful to the University and the faculty member. \nWHERE? Access your DM profile at my.utsa.edu -> FACULTY/STAFF RESOURCES -> Digital Measures. DESCRIPTION:Virtual reality (VR)\, augmented reality (AR)\, and mixed reality (MR)\, could fundamentally influence several fields\, including: artistic expression\, education\, construction\, communication\, healthcare\, and national defense. Technological advances such as computing capability and speed have accelerated the impact of immersive technologies for researchers and practitioners.
