DESCRIPTION:Assessment plays a crucial role in ensuring student success\, and with our upcoming training on Canvas quizzes and tests\, you’ll be able to develop effective assessments that truly make a difference. This workshop is designed to prepare you for using the new Assessment tool in Canvas. You will learn to create questions\, customize settings\, and send Quizzes using the New Assessment tool in Canvas. We will explore New Quizzes\, outcomes alignment\, and assessment question types\, with hands-on activities\, feedback\, and consultation opportunities. \n***Please bring a laptop or tablet to fully engage in the workshop activities*** \nBy attending this course\, participants will be able to:\n• Identify the different Quiz question and submission types.\n• Build Item Banks to organize question pools.\n• Apply universal design principles to assessments in Canvas. \nCreating an inclusive learning environment is important to us.
