DESCRIPTION:Join us to learn more and apply for the 2026–27 Student Experience Project (SEP)\, a national initiative that supports faculty in improving student success through small\, research?backed changes to the classroom experience. The focus is simple: when students feel like they belong\, are supported\, and can grow\, they’re more likely to succeed. \nSEP offers easy-to-implement strategies like using growth mindset language\, building a more welcoming syllabi\, and creating stronger connections with students that have been shown to improve grades\, persistence\, and a sense of belonging for all students.
