DESCRIPTION:Join the Digital Accessibility Team for open drop-in hours and dedicated co-working time designed to help faculty and staff improve the accessibility of their digital content in alignment with ADA Title II requirements. Whether you’re writing alt text\, addressing color contrast issues\, or navigating accessibility checkers like Ally\, support is just a question away. You are welcome to stay for the entire time and work alongside your colleagues or drop in with a quick question. Come with your questions and accessibility to-do list\, and let’s make it accessible together! \nParticipants will be able to: \n\nEngage in dedicated time to improve the accessibility of their digital course materials\, with support available from the Digital Accessibility Team.\nAsk questions and receive guidance on accessibility guidelines\, including the use of tools like Ally and strategies for fixing common issues.\nMake meaningful progress on their accessibility to-do lists\, in a collaborative environment that supports proactive preparation for ADA Title II compliance.\n\nCreating an effective learning environment for all is important to us. SUMMARY:Getting Started with Gradescope Bubble Sheets
DESCRIPTION:This training provides a step-by-step walkthrough of the Gradescope Bubble Sheets workflow\, from creating answer keys to uploading and grading completed exams. Participants will learn how to scan and submit bubble sheets for automated grading\, evaluate results\, and resolve grading exceptions. This training supports UTSA’s transition from ParScore/Scantron to Gradescope Bubble Sheets\, beginning Summer 2025. \nBy attending this course\, participants will be able to: \n\nConstruct and modify answer keys for bubble sheet assignments within Gradescope.\nDemonstrate the process for scanning and uploading completed bubble sheets for automated grading.\nEvaluate grading results\, resolve exceptions\, and apply feedback features.\n\nCreating an effective learning environment for all is important to us.
