Both principal investigators (PI’s) and departments, as well as colleges, have a “track record” and a history of where they have applied, where they were successful, where they do not yet have success, and opportunities to diversify their funding targets. This workshop will provide an overview of how to assess their portfolios and specific recommendations for diversification or continued pursuit of funding sources.
