In this hands-on workshop, faculty will learn some tips and tricks for enhancing PowerPoint presentations including manipulating images, creating templates, customizing toolbars, and easy shortcuts.

Mary Dixson currently serves as Associate Vice Provost for Teaching and Learning Services and teaches courses for the Department of Communication at UTSA. Dixson earned a Ph.D. in Communication Studies from the University of Texas, Austin. She has been leading faculty development initiatives for 8 years and has 20 years of experience teaching practical skills and theory in communication and public speaking.
