By attending this workshop, participants will be able to:
• Understand the fundamental principles of universal design for learning in course design and teaching, enabling faculty to create an inclusive learning environment for all students, especially during the finals period.
• Learn practical strategies and best practices for implementing UDL features and accommodations in course materials, assessments, and teaching methods, equipping faculty with the tools to support diverse learners effectively.
• Identify and address common challenges related to accessibility and UDL in the context of finals support, allowing faculty to proactively adapt their teaching methods and materials to ensure that all students have an equal opportunity for success during this critical period.
