About iLab at UTSA
The iLab software provides a unified interface for Researchers, Primary Investigators (PI), and the Financial Administrators of PI departments, colleges, and/or academic/research programs to use scientific resources offered by UTSA Research Core Facility (RCF). Simply referred to as “Cores”, core facilities are a shared research facility that provides access to technologies, training and high quality, technical services delivered by scientific experts to enable or enhance the research mission of the university. Through the iLab interface, PIs and their Researchers can request/manage equipment reservations and service requests, track work of existing projects, handle billing and invoicing, and report financials on members on core facility usage.
