Whether you’re new to LabArchives or looking to expand how you use it in your research, LabArchives?Discovery Day offers a full day of learning, networking, and hands-on exploration. The LabArchives Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) helps researchers record and document research processes and procedures while managing digital research data to increase reproducibility, efficiency, collaboration, searchability, and security. LabArchives and its notebook software interface are securely accessible via the internet from anywhere in the world using a web browser on any device. UT San Antonio has purchased an enterprise license for LabArchives ELN that allows all UT San Antonio researchers, including faculty and students, to use LabArchives to manage their research data at no cost. Join us for a series of workshops designed to help faculty, researchers, and research staff discover the full potential of the LabArchives Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN).

Participants may register for individual sessions or attend the entire day, allowing you to customize your experience based on your interests and level of expertise. Start with the fundamentals of the LabArchives ELN, learn how to build templates, forms, and widgets to streamline your workflows, connect with experienced users during a lunch-and-learn session, and explore integrations that can enhance your research ecosystem. Dedicated office hours throughout the day provide opportunities to ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and discuss use cases with LabArchives experts and peers.

Whether your goal is to get started with electronic research records, improve data organization, or leverage advanced features to support innovation, this event offers practical knowledge and resources to help you succeed.

Attend one session or stay for the full day and discover how LabArchives can support your research from introduction to innovation.
