WHAT? DM is the faculty database used for reporting to SACSCOC, UT System, THECB and other entities. It is also the instrument for faculty processes such as annual reports, annual evaluations, faculty credentialing, and workload reporting.
WHY? Some data is automatically uploaded to DM. Faculty enter academic achievements, activities, and accomplishments in DM so that DM data is current, complete, accurate, and useful to the University and the faculty member. WHERE? Access your DM profile at my.utsa.edu -> FACULTY/STAFF RESOURCES -> Digital Measures. Sign in using your MyUTSA ID and passphrase. Fall 2019 faculty trainings for Digital Measures:
