This workshop is designed for new faculty to foster innovation and collaboration across departments. We will introduce the concept and value of transdisciplinary research, highlight successful examples of cross-disciplinary partnerships, provide practical strategies for initiating and sustaining collaborations, and connect new faculty with potential partners and institutional resources.
