Hosted by the National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity (NCFDD), the Faculty Success Program (FSP) helps tenure-track and tenured faculty with the skills necessary to increase research and writing productivity while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Tuition for the NCFDD Faculty Success Program is provided by UTSA colleges, the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost, and the Office of the Vice President for Research. Participants are selected through an evaluation process within each college using standardized criteria.
The Faculty Success Program is open to tenure-track and tenured faculty members in the following colleges:
- Alvarez College of Business
- College of Education and Human Development
- College of Liberal and Fine Arts
- College of Sciences
- Klesse College of Engineering and Integrated Design
*HCaP is not sponsoring faculty this year.
