The University of Texas at Dallas’ Center for Teaching and Learning presents Discovering and Sustaining Good Practices: Lessons from COVID Teaching. Presented by Drs. Paul F. Diehl, Karen Huxtable, Salena Broday, and Carol Cirulli Lanham.

This interactive webinar will examine methods for teaching developed during the pandemic that can be used in the future as we return to “normal” practice.  Examples will include use of asynchronous, pre-recorded materials, adaptions to traditional forms of assessment with particular focus on more frequent and formative assessment, authentic assessment, use of digital tools to facilitate group work and collaboration—in short, practices that maximize students’ success, maintain their motivation and sense of belonging, and promote inclusion while keeping faculty workload manageable.
